Hey y'all, welcome to my Food Blog! My name is Summer Floyd and I reside in Northern Kentucky. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science, I am an ACE Personal Trainer, a CISSN Sports Nutritionist, and Recipe Developer for Healthy + Nutritious weekly food specials at Five Seasons Cafe.
My other loves in life are to cheer on the UK Wildcats (basketball), sip on Woodford Reserve in the cold months, roam around the great city of Cincinnati for my next bite to eat, throw around barbells, anything + everything outdoors, laugh a lot with my daughter, and cuddle with our dog.
Ninety-five percent of the time while I'm eating a meal I'm also thinking about the next one (#foreverhungry). I believe food should consist of three elements: nutritious, delicious, and simple.
