What intended to be a "food blog" for family and clients to refer to for simple nutrition and wellness hacks has organically transitioned into a passionate business related to simple, nutritionally dense, yet flavorful recipes. Forkin' Eats educates on how to use food for fuel with various lifestyles and approaches holistic healing from the inside out. Food truly is medicine! Food does matter!

The recipes created and foods prepared are all gluten-free, predominately dairy-free, can be made vegan/vegetarian friendly, and follows the EWG "Dirty Dozen" when purchasing organic produce. Heavily plant-based, uses grass-fed/free-range protein sources, focus on variety of healthy fats that tend to be "underrated", and dishes full of color to leave you with a smile!

Living (and learning how to live) a balanced lifestyle is super important. Here at Forkin' Eats I strive to share my indulgences outside of healthy food choices, how some days rest and recovery trump an intense workout, and living in the moment is far better spent than refusing a food item, feeling guilt over what has been consumed, or counting every single macro that enters your body all the days of your life.
